Pink and White, PornFilmFestival Berlin Strike Euro-Streaming Deal

SAN FRANCISCO — Pink and White Productions has announced a partnership with the 15th annual PornFilmFestival Berlin to present a curated selection of films on its streaming platform PinkLabel.tv to viewers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

The restricted access is in compliance with distribution agreements for the selected films.

"Responding to health concerns related to COVID-19, the 2020 PornFilmFestival Berlin will take place as a reduced edition in a cinema space with limited seat capacities and other precautions. Due to the reduction of physical seats, organizers are taking the festival online for the first time," noted a rep.

Six features, including the opening and closing night films, and over 30 short films will screen after the in-person festival from October 26 to November 1.

Selections include "Urban Smut," which comprises five short films with "a diverse and playful panorama of contemporary urban sexualities, reflecting the sexual and aesthetic diversity of the PornFilmFestival's program," the rep said.

Additional entries include "Goodbye Seventies," a "nostalgic and melancholic homage to the Golden Age of gay porn"; a "queer-lesbian experimental film from Canada" titled "EEG Orgy"; and "Vivante," described as "an explicit tragicomic French porn."

Documentaries set to screen online on PinkLabel.tv include "Pier Kids" on the New York voguing scene and "Female Ejaculation & Other Mysteries of the Universe“ on the cultural history of female sexuality and sex positive feminism.

"Tickets for the entire digital program must be purchased by October 25," explained the rep. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the physical venues participating in the PornFilmFestival Berlin.

Viewers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland can find ticketing details and additional information here.
